When you have had a chance to view the pages and services available, let us know what you think on the website survey: http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22B7WGL6VSA All participants will be entered into the free prize draw with the chance to win an iPod Touch worth nearly £200.

The GreenCast Mobile initiative, which is currently in a pilot phase, is looking to make the valuable information available more accessible and easier for greenkeepers and turf managers to use as part of everyday activities.

Services already available include disease and grass identification guides, along with links for the products that provide a solution and advice on how best to use them.

More recently the site has added Weather Radar Information, so users can track weather fronts moving across the country and foresee potential issues that, along with the Syngenta Spray Windows Forecast, will help plan spraying opportunities and programme work schedules.

Further feedback from turf managers and agronomists will be important in developing the most relevant and user friendly mobile site available.

To take part in the project, turf managers and agronomists can log on to the website and enter your mobile phone number to receive an automatic link:

Comments on the mobile service can be posted on a dedicated forum on the GreenCast website or via completion of an online survey. All completed surveys will be entered into a free prize draw to win an iPod Touch*.
